Viticcio  bay

The most sheltered bay on the north coast

The bay of Viticcio is just south of Capo d’Enfola within a gulf which contains three bays: Viticcio, Biodola and Forno. No yachting holiday would be complete without a stop at Viticcio, and boats can anchor near the beach or in the southern section of the bay. This splendid bay is popular with yachts, and it’s an enchanting spot to spend a day or a whole night, given that it is particularly sheltered from south and south-easterly winds. There are plenty of lovely beaches for sunbathing, swimming and diving: the water is crystal-clear, making it a truly enticing place for a dip. Keen walkers can take the panoramic path, and stroll among the scented Mediterranean scrub as far as Capo Enfola, which offers spectacular views of Corsica. For this, too, is part of a sailing holiday: memorable moments and feeling at one with nature and the sea.
